Payment and Shipping

Order online, or send us the enquiry form. Once we receive it, we send you an invoice with deposit details.

For your peace of mind (and ours) we prefer EFT deposits — straight from your account to ours.

Once you place an order we send a pro-forma invoice confirming the details.

Standard stock units: 100% payment is required prior to assembly (which takes 2–3 days).

Custom and non-standard units — colours, branded canopies and other made-to-order options: a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 50% due prior to dispatch.

Parashades are delivered by courier (drop-off) to all main South African cities free of charge — including the Garden Route: George, Wilderness, Sedgefield, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Mossel Bay. For those not in a major centre, we will provide you with a delivery fee on your quotation.

We ship throughout South Africa. For international delivery requests, please contact our team directly for a custom freight quote.

Standard orders: material and parts are carried in stock, and your Parashade will generally be dispatched 2–3 business days from receipt of Proof of Payment.

Custom orders: non-standard colours or custom powder-coated finishes take 2–3 weeks, depending on specifications.
