How payment works
Once you place an order we send a pro-forma invoice confirming the details. Stock units are paid in full before the umbrella leaves our factory. Non-stock units — colours, branded canopies and other made-to-order options — need a 50% deposit before manufacturing starts, with the balance paid in full before dispatch.
