Placing an order
In order to place an order, you can submit an order online here. After we receive the form, we’ll send you an invoice with deposit details.
Payment
For your peace of mind (and ours) we prefer EFT deposits, straight from your account to ours.
Payment process
Once you have placed an order we will forward you with a Pro-Forma invoice confirming the details of your order. For stock units we require a payment in full before your umbrella leaves our factory. For non-stock units (colours, branded units etc) we require a 50% deposit in order to start manufacturing your canopy and bag and that the balance is paid in full before it leaves our factory.
Shipping Details
Shipping to major centres is free. Shipping to outlying centres will, unfortunately, carry a charge that we will calculate on a case-by-case basis and will include this on the Pro-Forma Invoice. Shipping internationally is on a case-by-case basis.
Lead Time
Stock umbrellas can be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. Colours and bespoke canopy options take 1-3 weeks depending on what is required and our production lead times at that time.
